A : For MAHB corporate user, you are signing in uing our corporate single sign on facility. If you have any problem with SSO, please contact our 24-hours IT Operation Centre to reset your AD password. For non MAHB users, you can use self service password reset by clicking "Forgot Password?" link at the login secren.

A : The scanning module can be accessed from https://aecr.malaysiaairports.com.my/scan

A : You can check the casualty information and log by scanning the QR Code of the casualty Triage Tag. Also you can perform casualty Search at casualty listing

A : At the login page, simply click 'Forgot Password?'

A : You can access dashboard by click 'Dashboard' at the top bar menu

A : You can update the casualty status by flipping the triage tag to the new criticality and scan the new QR code on the new criticality card. The info will be updated in the system.

A : Some of the function require more higher authorization role and access level. You can access the module only according to your access level and role.
